The Leading Ladies Community Fellowship is a network of women committed to sharing, promoting and helping others achieve their goals through the ProjectLIFE Community Mentoring Association.
The fellowship meets monthly at Braswell Memorial Library. The last two meetings for the year are at 6 p.m. Nov. 15 and Dec. 20.
The fellowship consists of women from neighborhoods, communities, towns, cities, counties and states.
“Our definition of a Leading Lady is any woman, no matter where she resides, she cares for others, is nurturing and is a motivator and she testifies to her experiences,” said Evangelist Linda Coley Murphy. “The mission of the fellowship is to mentor and develop underrepresented women into outstanding leaders and role models.
“We envision women coming together in activities, events, seminars and symposiums to be empowered and to provide opportunities to succeed.”
The fellowship meets monthly to share and encourage each other. Membership applications are available.
